Returns & Exchanges:
You may return or exchange any product, with the exception of Last Call Markdown sale items, LT Vault, or limited edition items, within 20 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and unwashed (ie: in mint condition). Additionally, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please return all original packaging as well. Gift cards and sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
End of Season Markdown Sale Items AND all LT Vault items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for End of Season Markdown Sale items or for LT Vault preloved items (this includes items that were bought on sale for 40% off or more).
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us from our contact page on this website or send an email to email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please make sure the package is secure as we can’t accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Our shipping envelopes are made to be used twice so feel free to use those again!
Original order shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of a return. And in some cases, you (the customer) must pay the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, we will pay to ship the new product back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
